OWNER/ SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

​I am licensed by the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology in the state of Maryland and certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). I have over 20 years of experience and have worked in a variety of settings serving patients across the lifespan including acute care, skilled nursing facilities, and home health.
I believe communication is the essence of human life and my passion shines through the patient relationships I form. I fell in love with the adult population and specialize in:
           - Swallowing (Dysphagia)
           - Language (Aphasia)
           - Cognitive-Communication Disorders
            -Speech (Dysarthria)

Education and Training:
I attended Towson University and received my Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and my Master's Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology.
My Certifications:
* McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP):
MDTP is a systematic exercise-based program used to advance safe oral intake and improve strength and coordination of the swallow mechanism.
* LSVT LOUD Certified Clinician:
I'm certified by LSVT Global, Inc. to provide treatment for individuals with speech disorders related to Parkinson disease and other neurological disorders using the LSVT LOUD modalities.
